2020 CHRISTMAS DECORATING COMPETITIONI have been asked many times why do I do so many things... well. I was blessed to grow up in a family and community that cares about each other. Helping one another and showing Gods love through actions and words. So in my career that I am very blessed to have, I dedicated myself to the lifestyle that as long as I am able to help others I want God to use me. Well I was able to go for it 3 years ago and get my Principal Broker License, open my own agency, buy a historic building in my hometown, become a Chamber of Commerce/ Visitor Center while building an incredible company. That is why I do it, God has blessed me so that I can bless others. All of that being said this page is going to be dedicated to Christmas in Scio.
I started the decorating competition to help drive visitors to Scio. My goal was and still is to get the covered bridges of Scio decorated (legally) and add that to my Tourism of Scio marketing. We are now on our 3rd year and I don't think we needed it more... so this year with all the chaos our theme was Pure & Simple... Christmas. Well, we have had 14 entries and the voting/ judging on them is December 15-17th. Below is the info and includes the vote card. feel free to share this with as many as you can because Saturday we will hand out the Awards & Prizes live from Katrina Clouse Realty Group Office and on Facebook/KatrinaClouseRealEstate. This is organized and sponsored by Katrina Clouse Real Estate with prizes from the Local Stores so that winning still keeps shopping local and supporting our community a priority.
